The Peterborough Drug Strategy (PDS) is committed to the ongoing development and implementation of community-based initiatives that aim to reduce the harms related to substance use in the City and County of Peterborough.​​​
A Question of Care (QoC) is a Peterborough Drug Strategy capacity-building initiative focused on building and strengthening skills, knowledge, and awareness to address the intersections between substance use, stigma, mental illness, and trauma.
